Stagers Realty Partners was born, with a strong mission, a progressive vision and an impeccable set of values.

From Navy Cryptologist to Real Estate Pro

Real estate was not what Missy Stagers grew up thinking about doing for a career! It was maybe a scientist, maybe a brain surgeon and then it became James Bond possibilities when she decided to enter the Navy in the field of Cryptology to pay for college. 

Small-Town Roots, Global Perspective

She grew up in a small town in the Midwest where there were only 1800 residents outside a larger city. Getting out of a small town and traveling the world had a huge appeal. Spending her younger years overseas & state side in the military learning teamwork, pride in service and excellence in performance, she set the stage for high standards which have carried over into her real estate career. She received the Navy Achievement Medal in less than 2 years and again two years later before getting out. She credits her parents for her work ethics and desire to own her own business. They worked multiple jobs and started their own business while she was growing up.

Early Exposure to Real Estate Marketing

Not being a stay-at-home kind of mom and knowing she was there for a short time, she went to work in the marketing side of real estate for a local real estate company in San Diego. It is here where she learned marketing and she took over doing marketing for agents in three offices.

A Chance Role Turned Into a Lifelong Passion

Upon moving to San Antonio, she took another job as the creative leader for a national auction firm coordinating a large-scale real estate auction in San Antonio with handling all the marketing materials. At that time, her intention was not to make a career in real estate. It was just something she fell into. After all, it was marketing where she excelled! She simply happened to be marketing for real estate firms. However, by the time the auction ended, she had caught the real estate bug. 

The Boutique Experience That Shaped Her Philosophy

Real estate was in her blood, and she quickly earned her real estate license. Originally, she worked with a boutique company called Guy Chimpan Co. Here is where the camaraderie and closeness of a tight-knit group convinced her this was the way top real estate firms functioned. After about 5 years the company was bought out by a franchise, Coldwell Banker D’ann Harper. She stayed because they adopted many of Guy Chipman Companies policies and structure. The new owner had the same ethics. 

From Top Agent to Trailblazer

There she became the number one agent until she left. She was one of the first trail blazers to start a team in the San Antonio market.
